-How much will it cost me?


Most customers like to know beforehand what a certain project might cost them.  In the custom glass business there are many factors that will affect the final cost of the project.  Most important being the type of glass, square footage of  glass needed, the amount & type of hardware needed, labor costs and other factors that do not necessarily apply to all jobs.  


We always take into consideration the fact that our customers are spending their hard earned money to beautify their home or office space, and we take great pride in every job we do to make sure our customers are receiving a high quality product and an experienced installation team.  


We offer free estimates within 48 hours of request.  On site visits are always free as well where we can meet and discuss different options and layouts for custom projects with unique design.  Free estimates can also be obtained via email by filing out our form on the homepage, or cilcking our link to the BBB site to request our estimate through a highly trusted source.  Please call / text / email to schedule an on site measure. 



-How long will this take?


Most small to medium projects are completed within 5-10 business days from the date we begin production of glass.  Customers who choose custom color hardware may experience a delay in installation due to hardware being shipped in from out of state.  


If glass needs to be remade or needs additional work for any reason this may add a few extra days to initial turnaround time date. 


Larger projects depend on material availability and accessibility for installation.  Certain projects cannot be completed if other trades such as flooring, tiling or granite are being performed at the same time. 

-What is my warranty?


We offer 18 month warranty from date of installation on all hardware and labor.  Any service calls beyond 18 months are subject to charge, but we are happy to come out and evaluate for free and can usually take care of a small leak or adjustment at no cost.  

-What is the process?


Example of expedited process:  

(business days Monday - Friday for production.  Installations available Saturday by request)


Business day 1: 

-measure glass and discuss specifications with customer.

-customer receives estimate for review and approval.  


Business day 2-3:

-Pending customer approval, invoice is sent and 50% deposit is required to begin production. 

-Production begins on glass once deposit is received.  Glass production takes 2-3 business days pending remake due to defected glass.    

-Glass finishes production and customer is contacted immediately to schedule install time and date.  


Business day 4-6

Installation is scheduled immediately once glass has finished production process and is ready for pickup from manufacture team.  

-Is the glass treated?


No.  Our standard custom glass is not treated.


We do offer protective coating treatment for an additional cost.  Please include this detail in your quote request if you are interested in having coated glass.  

 

We also do offer several pre-fabricated units that are made to fit certain openings that are coated in factory with protective sealants to help repel water.  These units are subject to fit depending on customer's shower opening and design.  


C.G.M. would like to express that all shower glass coatings are LOW MAINTENANCE, and will allow buildup of stains if glass goes completely uncared for by customer.  


Please ask us for our care letter that informs how to keep your custom glass and hardware looking as clean as the day it was installed.  

-Are we insured?


Absolutely!  We are commercially insured and would be happy to share our updated certifcate upon request. We are also accredited by the BBB and always looking for new ways give our customers peace of mind when hiring us for a project in their home or office.
